What personal information is collected?
In order to provide the Helpdesk service we need to collect some basic information from its users, however this is kept to the minimum necessary. In order to register for the Helpdesk, users will need to provide their name and their '@wfp.org' email address. When creating a new request, you will also be asked for the WFP office where you are based, and you also have the option to provide a phone number to enable us to call you to discuss your request.
Who has access to my personal information?
End users can not access the information of other end users.
The WFP Disability Inclusion Advisors who oversee the Helpdesk can view all requests in the system and who has lodged them, and are also provided with monthly reporting to help them analyse where requests are coming from in relation to eg thematic areas or WFP offices/regions.
CBM IAG as operators of the Helpdesk and the providers of the technical advice can see the requests in the system and the details of the requester.
How is my personal information used?
The above information is collected solely for the purposes of being able to provide the Helpdesk service to you. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and will never provide it to any third party (unless requested by WFP).
If you have any concerns about your personal information please contact us at CBM-WFP-Helpdesk@cbm.org.au.
